Accessibility services for NDIS providers
We help you pick the route that fits where you are.

We work with your day-to-day team
Whether you pick audit, remediation, or rebuild, we shape the work so your internal team can act on it quickly and keep it accessible after launch.
Start with an audit. Pick your route from there.
Most providers start here. A WCAG 2.2 AA audit shows where you are right now, what matters most, and what to fix first. From that report, you choose one of three routes. Or stop. Audit-only is a complete engagement.
Accessibility Audit
Everything you need to get started.
A full WCAG 2.2 AA audit of your public website. We test with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, zoom, and automated tooling, then cross-check by hand. Every finding is mapped to a specific success criterion, given a severity, and explained in terms of who it affects and how. You get a clear current-state baseline and a prioritised fix order.

You receive a conformance report you can show your board, your funder, or a registration auditor.
What you get
- Conformance report (PDF + accessible HTML)
- Severity-ranked findings
- Remediation guidance per issue
- One debrief call

Take the report in-house
The audit includes everything you need to know to fix the issues.
You hand the audit to your existing developers or content team.
They patch the issues; we re-audit when you're done so you have evidence of conformance.
Best for
Providers with in-house dev or content capacity, or smaller fixes that don't justify outside help.
We fix the existing site
If you want to stay hands-off, we can jump straight in and conduct the fixes for you.
We patch the existing codebase or theme so it conforms, without a rebuild. You keep your CMS, your URLs, and your content.
We re-audit the site when we're done so you have evidence of conformance.
Best for
Providers whose site is structurally fine but needs accessibility fixes throughout.
A new accessible build
Sometimes the site is past saving, or just due for replacement.
We build a new site where accessibility is the construction method, not a final-week checklist.
If you already know you want a rebuild, we can even skip the audit and go straight to the build.
Best for
Providers replacing a tired site, or new entities (e.g. SIL registrants from July 2026) starting fresh.
On its own track
Some engagements don't follow the audit-then-fix flow. They run alongside the website work, or stand alone.
Document Remediation
Service agreements, intake forms, behaviour support plans, and policy documents that work for screen readers and meet PDF/UA.
We tag and restructure PDFs so a participant using assistive tech gets the same information, in the same order, as anyone else.
What you get
- Remediated PDF and accessible Word source
- Tagging report
- Alt text for every image
- Participant-facing summary if needed
Best for
Providers facing SIL registration, NDIS Practice Standards audits, or participant complaints about inaccessible documents.
Conformance Report
Procurement teams often ask for a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) or ACR (Accessibility Conformance Report). These are formal records of how a product meets accessibility requirements, commonly against VPAT 2.5 or AS EN 301 549.
We test your software or digital product against each applicable success criterion, write the conformance statement, and stand behind what we publish.
What you get
- Signed VPAT or ACR conformance report
- Underlying test evidence
- Remediation roadmap if gaps exist
- Review on minor releases
Best for
Software vendors responding to government tenders, or teams facing DTA or state procurement that requires AS EN 301 549 evidence.

Straight to The End
If you already know your current site is done, we can start with a fresh accessible build immediately. No prerequisite audit, no patching a theme that was never built for assistive tech. Accessibility is the construction method from day one: every layout, form, and content pattern is tested against WCAG 2.2 AA before it ships, then checked again at handover with conformance evidence you can show your board, your funder, or a registration auditor.
What you get
- New site architecture and build
- Accessible components and templates
- Accessibility statement
- Conformance report at launch
- CMS training + 30-day post-launch fixes
Best for
Providers replacing an outdated site and wanting to move fast without doing remediation on legacy code first.
New providers and entities starting fresh who need an accessible site from day one.
