Accessibility statement

Clear Access believes digital services should work for everyone. This page explains what we support today and how to report any barrier you find.

Accessibility statement details

Our commitment

We design and maintain this site to meet WCAG 2.2 AA and to provide a practical, low-friction experience for keyboard users, screen reader users, and people using zoom, voice input, or other assistive tools.

Accessibility features

  • screen reader support across core pages,
  • full keyboard access for navigation and forms,
  • content that works when text size is increased,
  • content that does not rely on colour alone,
  • layout reflow for small screens and high zoom levels,
  • support for browser and operating system colour settings,
  • plain language and clear headings to aid orientation.

Testing and conformance

Last tested: May 2026.

We tested a representative sample of pages against WCAG 2.2 AA using automated checks and manual review, including keyboard-only use and spot checks with assistive technology.

Accessibility is ongoing work. We keep reviewing and improving as content and features change.
